Call-ins will be done on-site by Pete's Auction Service, LLC.
For EACH* gun there is a $13.00 Processing Fee and a $2.00 Call-in Fee for in state residents and $5.00 for out of state residents. (*We will charge this fee for each purchase of 1-3 firearms. No additional fees will be charged for purchases of 4 or more firearms.) We will not accept any Curio and Relic FFLs and two acceptable forms of ID are required per regulations.

There is a 10% Buyers Premium for in-house purchases using cash or check, an additional 5% convenience fee will be added to all in-house purchases for credit card use.

There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all online purchases, regardless of in-person pickup or shipping. There is no additional fee for use of a credit card. The credit card on file will be charged immediately at the end of the sale.
All lots won from online bidding can be picked up before 3:00PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026, if shipping is not desired.
All guns to be shipped will be handled from our local shipping store to your preferred FFL. Shipping charges are separate and will be charged by the shipping business. Pete's Auction Service does not charge an additional fee for transport from our facility to the shipping business.

We will be open until 3:30 pm on sale day. All FFL Paperwork needs to be completed, and the call-in process started by 3:00 pm on sale day. Please do not show up at 3:30 pm wanting to start the call-in process.
