BIDDING: All bids are binding. When you bid, you enter a legal obligation to complete the purchase. Bidders are personally responsible for all bids placed under their bidder number. McGee Auction makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, all measurements, descriptions, and counts are approximate. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding and for determining condition, completeness, and suitability. PICK-UP & REMOVAL: Pick-up times will scheduled through Shipping Saints. Buyers must remove items at the scheduled time. Buyers are solely responsible for loading, packing, and transporting purchases. We do not provide movers, tools, or packing materials. For large or heavy items, professional movers are strongly recommended. All items must be removed within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise noted. Items not removed will be considered abandoned with no refunds issued. Abandoned items are subject to disposal fees.
