Many in our community will fondly remember Dave as a long-time auction customer, a high school history teacher, a wrestling coach, and a great all-around individual who never met a stranger. This super clean estate auction features quality items across a broad range of categories. Due to Mrs. Ludwig downsizing and transitioning from her massive farmhouse, she is offering her high-end quilting and sewing machines, as well as an extensive selection of supplies.
This auction is located on-site east of Platteville, Colorado, and all purchased items must be picked up at that location. Additional items will be added throughout the week leading up to sale day, so please check back often.

- Payment Methods: Cash up to $5000, Bank Wire, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa up to $2500 are accepted payments. If you have any questions about the payment terms call our office at 970-454-1010. We are easy to work with but work hard to prevent fraud.
- Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
- Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
- Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY ONLY! Pickup is by appointment on Sunday August 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at (Address Posted Preview Day) Platteville, CO 80651.
- Failure to Pickup & Late Penalties: Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount of your invoice and a $25.00 administrative fee if you have not picked your items up by 6:00 PM on Sunday, August 30, 2026 or arranged shipping. Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $10.00 per lot per day storage charge. Moving and storage charges may also apply. There is a charge of $250.00 to open this property at any other time for loadout.
