Buyers are entirely responsible for inspecting items, or thoroughly reviewing all provided photos and descriptions, prior to purchase or bidding. All Sales are Final: No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances. 2. Payments & Fees Accepted Payments: [Cash, Check, Venmo]. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to the applicable Ohio and local county sales tax (Columbus/Franklin County rate is generally 7.5%) unless a valid Ohio Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate is presented at or before the time of checkout. 3. Pickup and Item Removal Bring Your Own Help: Buyers are strictly responsible for the safe removal of all purchased items. You must bring your own packing materials, boxes, tools, moving equipment, and heavy-lifting assistance. Staff will not be available to help carry, load, or disassemble furniture or heavy items. Pickup Windows: All items must be removed during the strictly designated pickup dates and times: [Aug 29/30 9-3pm]. Abandoned Items: Any items not picked up by the end of the scheduled removal period will be legally considered abandoned. Ownership will revert to the sale organizer or the estate, the items may be resold or donated, and no refunds will be issued to the buyer. 4. Liability & Safety Accidents & Injuries: The sale organizers, business affiliates, the estate owners, and the property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur on the premises during the sale preview or the item removal process. By attending the sale or participating in the pickup, individuals enter the property entirely at their own risk.
