All assets are sold AS IS WHERE IS and in-person inspection to verify condition is always recommended. Vehicles can be started during inspection to observe whatever can be observed in a running state. Insurance restrictions do not permit test drives. PAYMENT: Bank wire transfer due within 24 hrs. of close of auction. Bank wire transfers carry an additional $20.00 fee. Cash payments can be accepted are due at time of removal. Wire Transfer instructions will be given to the winning bidder after the close of the auction. All titles clean, in-hand, and ready to transfer. Title transfer will be handled directly by Dailey Realty and Auction Service at the time you come to pick up the vehicle. Transfer fees and tax will be paid separately by you, directly to the North Mankato DMV at time of pickup.
