IMPORTANT AUCTION PICKUP & REMOVAL INFORMATION Please read carefully before placing your bids. The scheduled removal date is the ONLY day available for pickup. There will be no alternate pickup dates or times, so please plan accordingly before bidding. Heavy & Large Items: The bidder is fully responsible for removing and loading all purchased items from the home. Please bring enough help and the proper equipment to safely lift, carry, and load your purchases. Auction employees are not permitted to assist with lifting, moving, or loading items. Packing Materials: If you purchase lots containing glassware, dishes, breakables, or large quantities of items, please bring your own boxes, totes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and other necessary packing materials. SHOES-OFF HOME: This is a shoes-off auction pickup. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the home to collect your purchases. Please plan accordingly. Before You Leave: Please carefully check your purchases and make sure ALL items from your lots are accounted for before leaving the property. We are not responsible for items that are accidentally left behind after pickup. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to these pickup and removal terms.
