Building 1 - Seattle Fire Department interim fire station main building (48x64 - 3,072 GSF) - with 10 bedrooms with gear lockers, 4 shower / restrooms, laundry/ janitor, office area and living / kitchen area. This building is comprised of (4) 12' wide x 64' long portable buildings set on foundations. No trailer / no wheels below buildings.

 

Building 2 - Seattle Fire Department interim fire station support building (24x54 - 1296 GSF) used for fitness / workout, storage & washdown area (with hot water tank), shower & mop sink. The building is comprised of (2) 12' wide x 54' long portable buildings set on foundations. No trailer / no wheels below buildings.

 

Both buildings include a wet pipe sprinkler system per NFPA#13R, and rooftop heat pumps.

 

Heavy duty aluminum grating (13 ga.) access decking, stairs and railings into buildings will be included.
