By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * All Items Sold AS-IS no warranty guaranteed! Not responsible for accidents. Lunch available. Indiana Sales Tax will apply. Restrooms on-site. Buyer's Premium PER ITEM: 10% up to $5,000, 7% $5,001 up to $15,000, 5% $15,001 up to $40,000 and 3% $40,001 and up. $35 Title processing fee PER TITLED ITEM. PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY Tuesday December 8th @ 4:00 P.M. EST! Most Titles will be sent out within 14 days after auction, some titles could take up to 30-45 Days. No duplicate titles will be issued. Everything must be removed within 14 days of auction or storage fees may apply. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The Parties agree that any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the State Courts located in Adams County, Indiana, and that Indiana law shall govern.
