  There is a 4% Additional Fee on the Use of Credit/Debit Cards

  Any lot or item that is bolted, fastened, or requires disassembly must be removed by a qualified professional or in a manner that prevents damage to the property. The buyer shall be held liable for any damage resulting from improper removal, including but not limited to destruction of property.
