NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION

Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.

Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidders are responsible for their own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.

Bids can not be retracted. You will be asked to confirm your bid before it is accepted. Be sure before you click.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification / invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.

Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, good check or card (4% added if paying by card) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

Buyers are responsible for loading so bring help for the heavy stuff.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time.
"No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and, as a result, may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME!
