ONCE YOU BID AND WIN AN ITEM, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS, CREDITS, OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. Treasure Chest Estate Sales and the auction manager makes no guarantees regarding the dates, signatures, origin, authenticity, or condition. All descriptions reflect our best opinion and are provided for informational purposes only. All item measurements are approximate. Bidders are solely responsible for conducting their own research on items of interest determining age, condition, origin, authenticity, and value of the item before bidding.

We will attempt to describe every lot correctly and point out any defects, but we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description, condition, or estimated value. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs, as they constitute a key part of our description. CAREFULLY REVIEW ALL PHOTOS FOR ITEM DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION PRIOR TO PLACING A BID! WE TRY TO TAKE PHOTOS OF ANY DAMAGE THAT WE SEE, DAMAGE MAY NOT BE IN DESCRIPTION, BUT IN PHOTO. Any condition statement given by Treasure Chest Estate Sales is strictly an opinion and Treasure Chest Estate Sales shall have no responsibility for errors or omissions.

The buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased property, including all costs and expenses of handling, shipping, insurance, and export, and is liable for the full purchase price plus the buyer's premium and applicable taxes. NJ sales tax of 6.625% will be added to the total purchase price. Buyer releases Treasure Chest Estate Sales from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Treasure Chest Estate Sales for loss or damage occurring in transit.

Jewelry: If jewelry is described as Gold or Silver, it has been marked accordingly and Acid tested. However, we cannot guarantee the origin of stones, including whether they are lab-created, enhanced, or otherwise.

Pick-Up or SHIPPING - ANY INVOICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $200 or MORE WILL REQUIRE A COPY OF YOU ID TO BE EMAILED TO US at info@treasurechestestatesales.com WHEN PICKING UP THE ITEMS BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR ID WITH YOU. WE ARE REQUIRED TO PHOTOGRAPH YOUR ID AND KEEP IT ON FILE WITH YOUR INVOICE FOR 180 DAYS. WITHOUT THIS VERIFICATION WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RELEASE THE ORDER DUE TO HIGH RISK OF FRAUDULENT BIDDERS!

SHIPPING:

WE OFFER IN-HOUSE OR UPS-STORE SHIPPING FOR LIMITED ITEMS AS WELL AS DELIVERY.

If we ship in house, there is an additional handling and materials charge. If we drop off your order at UPS store, there is a $20 transport charge per lot. Please note that you should have an account with UPS so that they charge the card for the shipment. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damages once items are turned over to a shipping facility.

PROPERTY REMOVAL/PICKUP:

Pickup: Saturday Sept12, 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Please be advised that pickup will close promptly at 2:00PM. Any item(s) not claimed by Saturday Sept 12, before 2:00PM will be subject to a $30 forfeiture fee per lot and item(s) will be considered abandoned.

Buyers must bring Packing Material, Tools, any Equipment needed and Help to load the items!

If you arrive without help, pickup will not be allowed for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the property. There are no additional or alternative pickup dates and times for won items as the house has the closing next day. We do not provide labor assistance for large items, so plan accordingly.

Please note that all items will be organized and prepared for pickup in advance. However we are unable to assist multiple customers at the same time. We kindly ask for your patience while we finish helping the person ahead of you. Once their pickup is complete we will promptly proceed with yours. We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued business with us!

In the event of a dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sales sale record is conclusive and final.
