PLEASE REPLY BACK TO YOUR WINNING INVOICE QUICKLY REQUESTING YOUR ITEMS BEING TAKEN TO CHARLOTTE SO THEY MAKE THE TRUCK ON TIME. DO NOT CALL OR TEXT THIS REQUEST IT MAY GET MISSED.

A valid credit card must be on file in order to be automatically approved to bid. Your card will never be automatically charged if you plan to pay and pickup your items during the scheduled pickup window. All credit card information is stored safely & securely with industry leading security measures.

If you are still uncomfortable with providing a credit card but wish to bid, please email the auction house directly at jpeckauctions@gmail.com. Approvals are on a case-by-case situation exclusively by the auctioneer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to read descriptions, analyze photos & ask questions PRIOR to bidding. There are absolutely no refunds provided for firearm sales, or any warranties expressed or implied.

If you are not able to attend the scheduled pickup days, we ask you DO NOT BID prior to getting approval from auctioneer. WEEKEND PICKUPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Alternate pickup days are case by case and at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. Scheduling is based on the availability of the auction company work schedule. WEEKEND PICKUPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Items must be paid in full by the conclusion of the pickup day. Payments can be mailed, dropped off, paid online or over the phone.
