MCGEE AUCTION & APPRAISAL SERVICES - TERMS & CONDITIONS

BIDDING: All bids are binding. When you bid, you enter a legal obligation to complete the purchase. Bidders are personally responsible for all bids placed under their bidder number. All property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, or exchanges. McGee Auction makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, all measurements, descriptions, and counts are approximate. Printed or verbal statements are offered in good faith but are matters of opinion. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding and for determining condition, completeness, and suitability.

PAYMENT: All purchases must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. Credit cards on file will be charged the day of the auction for purchases up to $500. Balances over $500 require payment by cash, certified check, or bank wire. Purchases over $500 must be paid by certified funds or bank wire before shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A temporary authorization may appear on your account before the sale. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases. South Carolina sales tax will be applied unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is submitted to mcgeeauction@gmail.com prior to auction close.

PICK-UP & REMOVAL: Pick-up times will scheduled through Shipping Saints. Buyers must remove items at the scheduled time. Buyers are solely responsible for loading, packing, and transporting purchases. We do not provide movers, tools, or packing materials. For large or heavy items, professional movers are strongly recommended. All items must be removed within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise noted. Items not removed will be considered abandoned with no refunds issued. Abandoned items are subject to disposal fees. If buyer is unable to make pickup times, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged.

SHIPPING: McGee Auction utilizes Shipping Saints for shipping. Before shipping all purchases must be paid in full to McGee Auction, as well as separate shipping fee through Shipping Saints.

DEFAULTS & DISPUTES: Any unpaid balances are subject to a $100 insufficient funds fee plus all attorney and collection costs. Nonpayment will result in permanent removal from bidding privileges and may result in legal action. All disputes will be governed by South Carolina law with venue in Lexington County, SC.

GENERAL: McGee Auction reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at its discretion. By registering and bidding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The contents of this Aiken, South Carolina home have been divided into just **15 LARGE LOTS**, with most lots representing the **entire contents of a room or designated area**. See something you want? **You�re bidding on the whole room!** Furniture, d�cor, household goods, collectibles, kitchenware, miscellaneous contents and more may all be grouped together into one lot. There is no picking and choosing after the auction. ## IMPORTANT � PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING **WINNING BIDDER MUST TAKE EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE LOT.** This is a **TAKE-IT-ALL auction.** If you win a room, you are responsible for removing **ALL contents included in that lot**, not simply the items you want. Please bid accordingly. * **Only 15 lots � these are LARGE lots.** * Lots are being sold **AS IS, WHERE IS.** * Review ALL photographs carefully before bidding. * Winning bidders must bring **adequate help, boxes, packing materials, dollies and vehicles/trailers** necessary for removal. * McGee Auction staff will **not provide moving or loading services.** * **Nothing may be left behind from your purchased lot.** * Buyers are responsible for leaving the area **broom-clean after removal.** * Removal must take place during the **designated pickup period.** * Please DO NOT bid unless you can completely remove your purchase during the scheduled pickup. ### THINK STORAGE WARS � HOUSE EDITION!
