PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express & Cash. All credit cards will be charged immediately after the closing of the auction. Vehicles must be paid for by cashier/bank check or ACH transfer prior to picking up. If you want to pay cash for your items at pickup please state so in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section in the registration process or email office@theruckmangroup.com. If your items are not paid for and picked up on Sunday, September 20th from 1pm-4pm your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON.

TITLES: Titles will be mailed out after they are processed by the Knox County Probate Court, please allow upto 21 days for title processing. Please verify that your mailing address is the one we can mail your title to. Titles will be transferred to the name you register under unless you request it differently. Please email office@theruckmangroup.com with any questions or corrections.

FIREARMS: Must show a valid OHIO ID or DRIVERS LICENSE at pickup to claim your firearm, must be 21+ years old to purchase handguns and 18+ years old for long guns. NO OUT OF STATE GUN SALES, if you register with an out of state address we will decline your bids on the firearms.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools. With winter weather becoming possibly hazardous, in the case we can not safely facilitate pickup we will email with an alternate pickup date.

SHIPPING: We will be shipping on select items for this auction through Pakmail in Mt. Vernon. Shipping is at your expense. By agreeing to these terms you understand that Pakmail is a third party shipping company and that The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals is not held liable for shipping costs or loss or damage of items in shipping. Unpaid shipping invoices over two weeks old will be considered abondond items and will become property of the auction company with no refunds given. Local pick-up in Mt.
