Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Sunshine Estate Sales. By entering the sale or purchasing an item, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued. Please inspect each item carefully before purchasing.

Items Sold As-Is

All merchandise is sold as-is and where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Items may show signs of use, wear, age, damage, or missing parts. Buyers are responsible for determining an item’s condition and suitability before purchase.

Pricing and Offers

Prices are set by Sunshine Estate Sales and may change during the sale. We may accept or decline offers at our discretion. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before merchandise is removed from the property. We accept only the payment methods posted or announced at the sale.

Holds

Items may be placed on hold only with staff approval. Held items must be paid for and picked up within the time specified by Sunshine Estate Sales. Items not paid for or collected within that time may be returned to the sales floor.

Pickup and Removal

Customers are responsible for packing, loading, transporting, and removing their purchases. Please bring appropriate vehicles, tools, packing materials, and assistance for large or heavy items.

Sunshine Estate Sales, the property owner, and their representatives are not responsible for injuries or property damage that occurs while customers or their movers are removing purchased items.

Purchased Merchandise

Responsibility for an item transfers to the buyer once payment is made. Sunshine Estate Sales is not responsible for loss or damage to purchased merchandise after payment.

Safety and Access

Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions. Do not enter restricted areas or areas marked “Do Not Enter.” Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times.

Personal Belongings

Sunshine Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep personal items with you while shopping.

Right to Refuse Service

Sunshine Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the sale for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering the sale, placing an item on hold, or purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
