• -  Affidavit of Sale or Disposal - Abandoned Manufactured Home (Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles - State Form 50635) with signed Auctioneer information.
• Manufactured home previously described above and its contents and appurtenances are being Sold at a LIVE Bidding Public Auction, authorized by the respective MHC management company for Lienholder and Innkeeper's Lien for unpaid rent and lien for storage charges. Contents and appurtenances may include (IF any) all fixtures, appliances, air conditioner, furniture, mattresses, TV's, curtains, drapes, mini blends, all other window treatments, and all other personal property located within said manufactured mobile home, all blocking, tie-downs, and set up materials, awnings, porches, skirting, steps, antennas, garage, sheds, all clothing, personal property and belongings therein or upon said lot. Quantity of contents is a mixture - a home may or may not have a garage and shed may be practically empty, while other homes and/or garage and shed may have larger quantity of furniture and personal property belongings. IF there is a garage or shed on the lot, its structure remains on-site and NOT be removed. However, garage or shed contents must be properly removed by new owner/high winning bidder.
• Auctioneer Note:  Some homes are in decent shape, others can be in a condition that need rehabilitation love such as mushy floors, ceiling/roof holes, ripped out appliances, no furnace, etc. Furniture out-of-place & turned upside down.
