1) PAYMENT: An invoice will be emailed following the completion of the auction. The buyer’s premium is 15%. No credit cards will be charged or accepted for payment. Payment must be made in full by cash, certified funds, bank check, or wire transfer only. All purchases must be paid in full using one of these approved payment methods prior to the release of the vehicle.

2) PICKUP: Won Item can be picked up by appointment. You will need to meet our staff at a notary to transfer titles and pay the taxes, tag etc

3) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all items to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding aqugreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time
