• There will be a $1 authorization per auction item you bid on. This is a temporary charge purely for fund verification purposes. The authorization can take 1 hour to 4 business days to be removed. This is based on your bank/credit card issuer policies.
• You will be prompted to enter your Card Info Twice:
  • A card must be entered in your Account Dashboard > Payment Methods
  • The same or a different card will need to be entered AGAIN for the Monthly Bidding Access Subscription @ $3.99 / mo.
• After your card has been entered Two Times, you will be able to bid.

“Off”-line Bidding:

If you would like to bid on items, but do not want an online account. We can bid on your behalf.

$100 to $1000 Credit Card Authorization Required. Amount is determined by bid amounts.

Soft Closing / Bidding:

• If a bid occurs in the last 21 seconds. Auction timer will extend to an additional 50 Seconds. Bids in the final 15 seconds are not recommended with weak/mobile connections!
• Exact Bid or Bid: Which is the next bid increment.
• Set Max Bid or Maximum Bid: (example: starting bid is $1.50. You enter $100.00, If no one else is bidding. Then it will read “current bid is $1.50” The system will automatically bid up to $100 automatically, until someone out bids you.
• Auto: If you are bidding but you keep seeing “auto” next to bidders name. That is because they have set a maximum custom bid, as explained above. You will not be the current bidder until you surpass the other bidder. It is the same as eBay bidding.
• Buy Now: Some items may have a “buy now” option. At any time anyone can purchase the item via “buy now” this will remove it from the auction and close that item.

Sale Terms and Conditions:

• The Buyers Premium (normally 15%) will not be charged until 2027 and may return at 5% to 15%
• All purchases subject to sales tax. All Sales are final. No returns, No refunds allowed. Please inspect review all photos and info prior to bidding/purchasing.
• RE-SELLERS. Click the Tax Exempt box at checkout. Your permit will be verified in person.
• Bids and items may be removed with or without notice (rare occurrence)
• (As a added layer of website security) WE DO NOT Bill your card on file automatically. After you’ve won your LAST ITEM please login to pay. (If not paid on time, then you will be billed by Leftover Treasures, but late fees will be applied)

• Leftover Treasures, Its Clients, Realtors, Brokers & Associates: Hereby hold no responsibility for lost/stolen property or personal injury. By entering/participating in this event/property is at your own risk.

Missed Payments Policy & Credit Reporting Collections:

All payments are due before the Auction Pick Up begins. Failure to submit payment will result in Bidding Account Suspension.

The suspension will be lifted once payment is received.

After the auction pick up, your items will no longer be available. The amounts for the you items won will be treated as a Past Due Balance. This Past Due Balance will be collected by, Leftover Treasures or can submitted by you, in order to remove the Bidding Suspension. If you create another account to avoid this balance. Leftover Treasures will ban access via your IP Address. 

A PAST DUE BALANCE WILL REMAIN ON YOUR ACCOUNT, THIS BALANCE WILL BE REFERRED TO A 3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY, WHICH WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT.

YOU are required to check verify your account activity.

• This includes: Checking if items are won/lost
• Verifying pick up location(s) & Pick up times. BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID!
• Verify all items won are paid for.
• ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 36 HOURS!
  • Delays in Payments & Late pick ups can & will delay our auction calendar. Pay and pick up  on time your fellow bidders, our clients, realtors, brokers, the County of Fresno agencies/courts, sheriffs department appreciate YOU picking up and paying for your items on time.

NEW FEATURE for “No Sales” & Lots Not Paid for:

• If an item(s) DOES NOT receive any bids: it will be automatically relisted for sale for another 48 hours… a 2 second chance auction.
• If an item(s) are not paid for on time: it will be automatically relisted for sale for another 48 hours… a 2 second chance auction.
  • The original winning bidder WILL NOT be able to bid on that item again!
  • They will also be blocked from bidding on other auctions including items on LeftoverTreasures.com
