PLEASE READ ALL - By appointment sale in IRCC. Text your name and email to 407.256.1337. You will then be sent the information for the sale. You will need a driver's license and appointment in order to get into the gate. Use entrance off of Murrell only. Parking on one side of the street. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Purses and bags are not allowed (mini purses or wallets are fine). Bathrooms are not available. If you live in the community you do not need an appointment. We will be limiting the number of people in the home at one time.
