(Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall (Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to your final invoice.

Payment Terms:
Cash & Check accepted with no extra fee
Wire Transfer accepted with a $20 fee from the Auction company that will be added to your invoice before payment
Credit & Debit Cards accepted with a 4% charge in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. This fee will show up on the invoice by being added to the buyers premium for the system to calculate it.
ACH accepted with no extra fee.

7% Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged unless proof of exemption is provided. This applies to in state and out of state purchasers.

All bidders understand that they will be liable for payment of sales or use taxes which may become due for failure to comply with the provisions of federal, state, and local tax codes for any items sold as tax exempt or for resale. All bidders understand that it is a criminal offense to give an exemption certificate to the seller for taxable items that they know, at the time of purchase, will be used in a manner other than that expressed in this certificate and, depending on the amount of tax evaded, the offense may range from a class c misdemeanor to a felony of the second degree.

Attention: Purchasers must pick-up items during the following times. Saturday, September 19th, Monday, September 21st, & Tuesday, September 22nd from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

All items must be paid for by Tuesday, September 22nd @ 5 PM EST unless prior arrangements have been made. Any unpaid bills will result in revoked bidding privileges/immediate legal action.

Jeff Boone Auction & Realty does not warrant that you may legally purchase, resale, own or use specific products offered for sale at our auction. Local laws are constantly changing, it is your responsibility to investigate the products you wish to purchase and verify that they are not prohibited by any State or Local ordinances in your area before bidding.

Online Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. (Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

Jeff Boone Auction & Realty will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

(Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) is providing Internet pre-auction and internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. (Jeff Boone Auction & Realty) reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. The description and condition of the firearms were provided by the seller in most cases or by an outside consultant and are assumed correct by the auctioneers and or the auction company, but are not warranted by either the auctioneer or the auction company.

Shipping: Shipping fees from the major carriers can be very expensive. Our team will do their best to pack in the most effeciant way, but carrier fees may still be high. For ANY fragile, glass, or breakable items there will be an extra $10 handling fee on top of the normal carrier fees for time and packing materials. Cabinets, Desk, bed frames, and other large items are not available for shipping. Please email us if you have questions or would like to inquire about a certain item being shipped. Pick-up deadline does not apply to those having items shipped. Auction company will send those to our shipping department accordingly.
