Richard’s story was anything but ordinary. An Eagle Scout and member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say, he went on to serve his country in the United States Army as a combat infantryman, spending 1967 in South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. After returning home, he continued his education at the University of Missouri Kansas City, earning a business degree in 1971 and his Juris Doctorate in 1974.

Richard built a successful 41-year career practicing law in the Kansas City area, while also pursuing business interests as a real estate developer and classic car dealer. Away from his professional life, he enjoyed hunting, hiking, boating, traveling to Florida with his wife, Cindy, and collecting classic automobiles.

Pickup is by appointment on Thursday, October 1, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, October 2, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Winning bidders will receive an email with a link to schedule their appointment.

What is the buyer's premium?
A 10% buyer's premium is added to each purchase. For example, a $10,000 winning bid would total $11,000 before any other applicable charges.

How can I pay for a vehicle?
Vehicle purchases must be paid by cash, certified check or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for vehicle purchases.

Are the vehicles sold with a warranty?
No. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition and suitability of each vehicle before bidding.

Should I inspect a vehicle before bidding?
