We are kicking off the school year and the Fall season with another housewares auction! We loaded this auction with more than 330 items. There is something for everyone with this auction. We have electronics, small appliances, beddings, bathroom, items, a large outdoor shed, and lots of great small to medium houseware items. We will have two pick up days for this auction, a Saturday and a Monday, so you have options for pick up. If you win any items in the auction please schedule a time to pick up your items on either Saturday or Monday. We will offer shipping on most of the items. However, items like the large outdoor shed cannot be shipped due to the weight and size. Good luck everyone! Pick up times are listed, please do not call to set up a pick up time. Please see specific directions for warehouse pick up. For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. PLEASE BRING HELP AND TOOLS IF NEEDED. If you won a lot of items please bring proper containers/boxes to remove items. BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.) Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. We strive to inspect all items before the auction, but there is a chance we may have missed something in a few items that are listed. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate. Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to each sale in accordance with the Minnesota and local tax regulations based on consignment sales and consignment auctions. **Many of the items in this auction are items that were either customer returns or overstock items from major retailers. East End Auctions tries to inspect all items before auction to ensure the items are in working condition. Please inspect items before leaving our warehouse as we cannot offer refunds once the items have left our property since we cannot verify whether the item was damaged or missing parts before the auction or after the auction was complete and the bidder brought the item home and used it.
