All items not picked up during the allotted pick-up dates/times without communication will be considered abandoned 7 days post auction closing.

BIDDER INVOICES:
15% buyers premium will be added to the total invoice price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. 3.29% processing fee on card transactions.

No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file.

All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18, LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18, LLC. describes each item to the best of their ability. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to bid on as well as carefully read the item descriptions. Items are sold AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity. No refunds will be given post auction closing.

PICKUP AND HOLDING ITEMS:
If we do not receieve communication within a week post pickup, unclaimed/unpaid items will:
1. Become sole property of Auction 18, LLC. and/or
2. Be re-sold or disposed of at the discretion of Auction 18, LLC. and no refunds will be given. No exceptions or leniency in regard to this policy.

Auction 18, LLC. absolutely can **not** hold or store any items that are not picked up during the allotted pick-up dates and times. If you know you will not be able to pick your items up during the allotted dates/times, please do not bid. Review the pick-up dates and times of every auction to determine whether you will be able to attend pick up. Occasionally our auction and pickup dates will change despite our consistent schedule so be sure to confirm dates/times for every auction. Winning bidders are welcome to send someone in their place to pick up their items at their discretion only. Make arrangements over the phone or email for them to come and have a seamless process. Bidders picking up may be asked to present identification in order to receive items. Holding requests will incur a storage fee to be paid upon pick up.

We are unable to provide shipping estimates prior to an auction's closing. Please bid and purchase accordingly. No refunds will be issued if shipping costs exceed your expectations. Each USPS Shipment includes $100 insurance; however, we strongly recommend the purchase of additional insurance to cover the costs of high dollar items. Should you encounter any shipment issues, receive damaged items, or don't receive an item at all, you MUST contact your local U.S. Post Office with your tracking information. Refunds or Credits will NOT be given for damaged/lost/delayed items and absolutely NO refunds on Shipping & Handling fees. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ship in batches every FRIDAY via USPS Priority Flat Rate (Insured and Tracked) or USPS Ground advantage. Depending on the volume of shipments received per auction, most shipments will be processed and mailed on the NEXT FRIDAY FOLLOWING an online auction closing. (Example: Auction closes Wednesday January 2, those shipments will begin to ship the next Friday, January 9th. Shipping Labels cannot be printed by customers and sent in to us. Once items are packed and ready to ship, we will create a separate invoice for Shipping & Handling costs (Handling costs vary depending on the items being packed) and charge your HiBid payment on file, do not be alarmed when you see this charge. You will receive Tracking Updates via Email and Text Message from USPS to the Email and Phone number you provide in your HiBid profile upon Registration. HIBID SOFT CLOSING:
Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.

In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Auction 18 LLC. reserves the right to extend, continue, or close all bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR AUCTION 18 LLC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. DEFAULT:
Any items/purchases that are not settled by the specified pick up day will be considered in default. Defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Auction 18 LLC. Upon continuous default, the bidder may be black listed or blocked from bidding on Auction 18 LLC's auctions.

Buyer/Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Auction 18 LLC., its Agents, and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgements, costs, fees, etc.

15% Buyers Premium and 7% sales tax will be charged to all winning bids. Vehicles, if any, included in an auction will have a 5% Buyer's Premium. 3.29% processing fee on all card transactions.

Auction 18 LLC. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payments on any items won. All credit/debit cards will be processed the morning after the closing of the auction. Any items not picked up by the 7th day after the auction closing, will become sole property of Auction 18 LLC. No leniency to this regard.
