Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Spooktacular Leominster Estate Sale on Saturday September 19th from 9am-2pm. If you are a Halloween fanatic this is the opportunity to obtain one of the best Halloween collections we have come across! Included in this collection is roughly 30 antique paper-mache jack-o-lanterns (some double sided). You will also find a massive amount of vintage Christmas decorations, which will also be offered as a collection. There is also a large collection of vintage chocolate molds, antiques, collection of cap guns, vintage toys, old marbles, slot machine, vintage plush animals, old tintypes & daguerreotypes, old boxes, costume jewelry, coins, furniture, vintage clothing, art, original paintings, lamps, some oriental rugs, Kosta Boda, large amethyst geode with parrot, vintage kitchenware, Pyrex, glassware, electronics, old machinist chest with tools, Honda CRV, tools, scrap, garage finds & so much more… You can’t miss this incredible one day only treasure hunt!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
