WOODSHOP & TOOL LOT INFORMATION: Please note the following when bidding on items from the woodshop: All lots are sold untested and as-is. While we were not able to test every item, the corded tools we did test appeared to be functioning properly. Overall, the tools appear to have been well maintained and were stored indoors. This is an active woodshop environment, and tools, equipment, and other items may have dust and sawdust present. We strongly encourage bidders to attend the inspection if they would like to personally verify the condition, operation, or completeness of any item before bidding. Some equipment is large and/or very heavy. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help to safely load and remove their purchases. Lagom North staff may not be available to assist with lifting. Please bring any tools you may need to disconnect, disassemble, or remove equipment and items that are attached or secured in place. A lift gate will be available onsite to assist with loading larger and heavier items. Unless otherwise noted in the individual lot description, group lots are “Take What You Want.” Buyers may take the items they would like and leave behind unwanted items from the lot. SHIPPING: Shipping is available upon request for eligible items. Please make sure to request shipping prior to the end of auction pickup. Late shipping requests will not be fulfilled.
