If you require staff assistance, a $100 fee per bidder applies for moving, lifting, or carrying items on your behalf. Larger items may be located on upper or lower levels of private homes. Plan accordingly with an appropriately sized vehicle and assistance. No-Show Policy Invoices not paid and items not picked up by the end of the removal period will be marked as No Shows. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. All Items paid or unpaid after 48 hours of closing of pick up date will be reauctioned or donated, unless written approval for later date pick uo. No Shows risk having their K-BID account locked and may incur penalty fees to reinstate their account.
