Bidding Method: Auction is by the TRACT not by the acre. $250.00 bid increments.

Bid extension: If a bid is placed on the real estate with less than 3 minutes left, 3 additional minutes will be added to that tract's auction time. The auction will begin to close on Monday Tuesday, Sept 29^th @ 6:00PM

Bidding Increments: $250 per bid increments. The purchase price is fixed, regardless of future surveys.

Down Payment & Closing: A down payment equal to 10% of the total purchase price is required on the day of the auction or the subsequent day. The remaining balance must be paid at closing, which is scheduled approximately 40 days after the auction. The down payment will be held in escrow at the title company In the event of buyer default at closing, the seller will retain the 10% down payment.
