Terms and conditions Auction Format & Registration This auction will be conducted as a live online webcast. Bidding takes place through HiBid. A GoToAuction listing or account does not register you to bid. Bidders must register for this specific auction, accept its terms, and receive approval before participating. Controlling Auction Terms The terms published in the HiBid catalog govern this sale. Review them before bidding for the buyer’s premium, payment methods and deadlines, pickup schedule, shipping availability, and other sale requirements. This listing provides a summary and does not replace those terms. Item Descriptions & Condition Review each lot’s description, photographs, dimensions, and condition information before bidding. Do not assume every item is a vintage original; consult individual descriptions for original or reproduction status. Any inspection or preview arrangements must be confirmed with the auction team. Bidding & Purchase Commitments Place bids only on items you intend to purchase. Accepted winning bids create a purchase obligation under the auction’s terms. Advance bids, maximum bids, and live webcast bidding are subject to the catalog’s bidding procedures. A maximum bid authorizes bidding up to that amount and excludes additional fees and charges. Buyer’s Premium & Taxes The buyer’s premium stated in the HiBid catalog will be added to the winning bid. Applicable sales tax and any packing, handling, or shipping charges are additional. Include these costs when setting your budget. Invoices & Payment Winning bidders should monitor the email address associated with their bidder account for invoices and instructions. Payment must be completed using the accepted methods and within the deadline stated in the auction terms. Local Pickup Pickup is by confirmed appointment within the event’s designated pickup schedule. Follow the instructions provided after the auction. Bring an appropriate vehicle, loading assistance, and packing materials for your purchases. Packing & Shipping Shipping is available only for eligible lots and destinations. Confirm eligibility before bidding. Shipping is quoted separately after items are packed and measured; charges depend on the shipment and required services. Buyers review and approve the quote before the shipping charge. Shipment is arranged after required payment, with tracking supplied when available. Receiving Your Purchases Inspect purchases promptly at pickup or delivery. Retain packaging and document any shipping damage with photographs. Contact the auction team promptly and follow the reporting requirements in the auction terms.
