!!Upcoming Raleigh Estate Sale!! This Estate sale will take place on October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th and will be hosted by Little Birdie Downsizing. Oct. 2nd and 3rd Full price days Oct 4th Everything 1/2 price Two houses and a large detached garage/workshop included in the sale. The houses include vintage and modern housewares, household furnishings, dining tables, chairs, dressers, end and coffee tables, mirrors, decorative items, and a large assortment of holiday decorations collected over the years. The garage includes a Craftsman tool chest, 3 generators, power tools, routers, drills, sanders, portable band saws, pneumatic tools, and many hand tools. Also, a band saw, drill presses, table saw, router table, grinders, and assorted shop equipment and fixtures. This sale will include most of the cabinetry, light fixtures, appliances, outdoor furniture, wooden window shutters etc. We have set up a two day window for pickup of large items on the 5th and 6th of October. All sales are final and everything is sold as is. Address will be announced on October 1st. More photos to come.
