!!Estate Sale!! This Estate sale will take place at 6509 Ben Bur Rd, Raleigh, NC 27612 on October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th 2026 from 9:30-3:00 and will be hosted by Little Birdie Downsizing. Please read sale rules below.
Line forms at 6509 Ben Bur Rd and is first come, first served.
Oct. 2nd and 3rd full price days
Oct 4th everything 1/2 price
Rules for the sale:
-Be kind to each other.
-All sales are final.
-All sales are as-is.
-If you want to buy a piece of furniture or large item, the price tag must be replaced by a Sold tag or the piece may be tagged and resold to another buyer. Attendants have sold tags available for you.
-Doors marked "Do Not Enter" are not to be entered.
-Do not park in the driveways, they are to be left open for pickups.
-You are entering these properties at your own risk and we are not responsible for any accident or injury that occurs.
-Fastest forms of payment for us are cash or Venmo at the checkout tent. You may pay with a credit card, but only two attendants can take those payments. Two houses and a large detached garage/workshop included in the sale. The houses include vintage and modern housewares, household furnishings, dining tables, chairs, dressers, end and coffee tables, mirrors, decorative items, and a large assortment of holiday decorations collected over the years. The garage includes a Craftsman tool chest, 3 generators, power tools, routers, drills, sanders, portable band saws, pneumatic tools, and many hand tools. Also, a band saw, drill presses, table saw, router table, grinders, and assorted shop equipment and fixtures. This sale will include most of the cabinetry, light fixtures, appliances, outdoor furniture, wooden window shutters etc. We have set up a two day window for pickup of large items on the 5th and 6th of October. All sales are final and everything is sold as is. Address will be announced on October 1st. More photos to come.
