You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times. All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. This will be a cash only sale. Bring cash as we will not be able to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charges sales tax.No exceptions. Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until the end of the sale day.1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy. We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases. |

Bring your trucks, trailers and help to remove your treasures as we DO NOT have additional staff to assist you. We are liquidating the contents of the home, barn and stables. This sale is being held on an enormous hillside property. Please wear appropriate shoes for walking, standing as we anticipate a very large turnout. Please be courteous to our hard working staff, other shoppers and the neighbors. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you in Covina Hills. |
