GUN & AMMO TERMS
- Age Requiements: Handguns 21 years minimum age; Long Guns 18 and older with proper ID.
- MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN AND LEGAL RESIDENT O FHTE UNITED STATES TO BUY FIREARMS.
- All Firearms (Does not apply to relics or antiques): All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer.
- If the buyer is unable to take possession the firearm for any reason, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms).
- Handguns: Out of state residents must have handgun transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. They are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL.
- All buyers are responsible to know their applicable state and local gun laws, if buyer cannot take possession for any reason restocking fee will apply.

SHIPPING OF GUNS
- Hand guns purchased by an out of state buyer must be shipped to your local FFL and will be shipped by UPS will all shipping costs paid by buyer. Buyer is responsible for paying their local FFL if their FFL charges to receive the gun. WE CANNOT SHIP GUNS TO INDIVIDUALS.
- Important Announcements: Some listed Firearms may not be legal in every state. It is up to the buyer to know their state and local gun laws. A valid, signed FFL MUST be sent to us before we can ship any firearm.

GENERAL AUCTION TERMS

- ONCE YOU BID WE WILL NOT REMOVE IT! YOU WILL BUY THE ITEM IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER! Do NOT call us and ask for your bids to be removed - IT WILL NOT HAPPEN!
- All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
- All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
- Bidder inspection is encouraged. Time and Place of Previews are posted on our website, facebook page and in the auction catalog.
- By placing a bid, Bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, OR that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
- NO Adjustments made for condition of merchandise. If you are unsure about the condition, don't bid.
- We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
- JBRauctions reserves the right to bid on behalf of absentee Bidders.
- Sales Tax applies to all purchases unless a copy of Sales Tax Exemption permit is emailed prior to payment.
- 15% Buyer's Premium added on each item to establish the final price.

PAYMENT:
- Payments shall be made at the time of Pick Up - Cash, Use Card on File* in Hi-Bid up to $1,000, or execute wire transfer. Wire transfer has to be received to our bank account before purchased items are released.
- All Payments $1,000 and above shall be in Cash or Bank Wire Transfer.
- *NOTE: Cash or Wire Transfer Payment Required For Any Guns, Ammo, Gold, Silver, Coins, Jewelry - No Exceptions! ALSO - THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL RECEIVED FOR BOTH THE ITEMS AND THE SHIPPING COST.

PICK UP SCHEDULE:
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2026 - 2:00 - 6:00 PM
- GUNS 2-5 PM SO WE HAVE TIME TO DO BACKGROUND CHECK AND PROCESS FFL PAPERWORK. IF YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK IS PUT ON HOLD THE FIREARM(S) WILL REMAIN IN THE AUCTIONEERS POSSESSION UNTIL THE BUYER CLEARS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- COINS, JEWELRY, MISC ITEMS: 2PM - 6PM

SHIPPING
- Shipping available on small items, no estimates given. Buyer pays all shipping costs including but not limited to: packaging material, labor, postage, insurance.
- Guns, coins and jewelry ship UPS with Insurance ONLY at Buyers Expense AND PAID BY BANK WIRE TRANSFER.
