Your Credit Card on File will be charged immediately following the Auction, unless other arrangements are made prior to the Auction Closing date.
15% Buyers Premium & 3.5% Credit Card Convenience Fee applied - 18.5% Total, when card is used.
Cash, Good Check, Wire Transfer or Cedit Card accepted for payment (If paying by Cash at Pickup please notify the Auctioneer when Registering, so we don't run your card. (You only need to let us know once.)
Precious Metals & Coins must be paid for in person w/ Cash, No Credit Card payments accepted on Precious Metals, Coins or Firearms, unless you are known by the Auctioneer. Out of State Buyers will need to Pay by Wire Transfer for all Firearms, Coins & Precious Metals, Wire Instructions will be sent to those who need them.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction with all faults or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.
Rocking T Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Tue. Sept. 22 8amCentral to 5:00 pm Central.If an alternate date is required for Pickup, there is a $25 charge to reschedule pickup on a different day.

If you wish to pay with Cash at the time of Pickup, please make that note to the Auctioneer when registering for the Auction. ( Bidders only need to tell us once to be put on the Cash List) Also if you have requested to Pay in Cash at the time of Pickup, but fail to come pickup your items on the scheduled Pickup Day, we will run the CC on file at the end of the scheduled Pickup Day regardless.

Unless alternate pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day Storage, then anything after 3 days with no arrangements made, the items will then be forfeited with no refund, items will then become the propertry of Rocking T Auction. Buyers who do not pickup their items or do not pay for them will be barred from future auctions - no exceptions- we are not your banker, Secratary or Storage Unit!

Sorry we only provide Shipping to the Lower 48 States- no International Shipping, no Furniture.

Non-paying Bidders or Fraudulant Bidders are subject to legal actions. Those who fail to come pickup their items as well will be barred from bidding at future Auctions with us.

Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction. We also reserve the right to bid on items for individuals who have left bids or are unable to bid by internet, or to help an item meet a reserve price.

Our Auctions have a staggered Closing time, meaning each. lot closes at a staggered time-not all lots close all at once. Our Auction use a Soft Close method, meaning if an item is bid on with under a minute left, the bidding for that item is extended by one minute allowing other bidders a chance to bid, this will continue until no else bids on that item and it closes out.
