🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 The entrance to our incredible Decatur estate is a sharp turn directly off of Hwy 380. 380 is an EXTREMELY busy highway with a 70 mph speed limit!!! DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WAIT ON THE SHOULDER/SIDE OF HWY 380, OR IN THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE IN FRONT OF THE GATE TO THE PROPERTY for the gate to open at 8:30 ‼️ IT IS VERY DANGEROUS and you WILL be ticketed by the Wise County Sheriff Department who will be patrolling in front of the property! For safety concerns, we will probably NOT be putting our usual bright green banners and flags/signs outside of the property (along 380), because we do NOT want people slamming on their brakes when they see "ESTATE SALE" When we post the address, it will pop up on your GPS/phone maps/Waze ( or whatever you use.) We have tried it on every app, and it will bring you straight to us!😉 There are several nearby places you can safely wait, such as Casey's Convenience Store/gas station (who already knows to expect a crowd each morning 😁) , Fairfield Hotel, etc....OR if you want, just keep driving and making U-turns (where permitted!) on 380...BUT, again, DO NOT STOP ON THE SHOULDER OF HWY 380 OR DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE‼️ J&S Estate Sales & staff, the property owners, and Wise County ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS or injuries. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND FOLLOW THE LAW !!!! We want EVERYONE to be safe and have a SUPER FUN TREASURE HUNT HERE!😉 10/21 - 10/24Wednesday 10-4, Thursday 10-3, Friday 10-3, Saturday 9-2 *** CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED on purchases of $100 or more ***Sorry, ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDERN AT THIS SALE PLEASE (As much as we love them, we just can't allow them at this one) ***You must bring, or arrange for, your own moving/loading help for all items ***At some estates, we have to limit the number of people in at one time, or to specific areas, etc....
