* Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
* Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
* Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
* Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
* Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY ONLY! Pickup is by appointment only on Sunday September 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at (Address Posted Preview Day) Deer Trail, CO, 80105. This location is approximately 30 minutes south of Byers, CO with about 15 miles of county-maintained, gravel road.
* Failure to Pickup & Late Penalties: Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount of your invoice and a $25.00 administrative fee if you have not picked your items up by 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 27, 2026 or arranged shipping. Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $10.00 per lot per day storage charge. Moving and storage charges may also apply. There is a charge of $250.00 to open this property at any other time for loadout.

⚠️ Special Payment Terms: Shipped High-Value Items

Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire or Certified Funds. Credit card payments will not be accepted on these items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns accepted.
