Cronebaugh Auction & Realty is not responsible for any computer/internet malfunctions during this auction. The auctioneer will have the final say as to who the winning bidder is. This is finalized at the time of saying sold. PLEASE NOTE: when bidding online, the floor bidder can win the item at the same price if the auctioneer receives the floor bid before the online absentee bid is received. Cronebaugh Auction & Realty will use reasonable efforts to carry out online bids and do not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet, internet speed or software malfunctions related to the execution of online bidding. Items will not be released until payment is made in full. Buyers are responsible for picking up items. Cronebaugh Auction & Realty uses a third party shipping company called Mailer's Choice. Mailer's Choice can be contacted at 740-254-9311 http://mailerschoiceoh.com/ for shipping services and Cronebaugh Auction & Realty will deliver to Mailer's Choice for a handling fee of $10. Any items that request shipping, must pay the Mailer's Choice invoice within 30 days. ALL online purchases will be paid by wire transfer only. Guns will be delivered to Bullzeye Tactical. They will handle shipping to your FFL. If you pick up there they will handle FFL transfers. Seller will pay for transfers, buyer pays all shipping charges. After 30 days, the items becomes property of Cronebaugh Auction & Realty. Buyers can Contact Bob Hall 330-440-5923 bob@cronebaughauctions.com with any shipping questions you might have. Any items not removed during the pickup times will become property of Cronebaugh Auction & Realty and will be handled at our discretion. Please bring boxes, totes, etc. to pack items in and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Cronebaugh staff will be on site during pick up, but it is recommended that you bring enough help to load your items to facilitate a quick pick up.
Onsite Buyers Terms: 5% Buyers premium on all purchases. Guns will be delivered to Bullzeye Tactical. Buyer will pick guns up there and do FFL paperwork. Seller will pay for transfers. Once the bidding has been closed, all invoicing will be done the following business day. The debit or credit card that was used when registering will be charged for the full amount. If the card is for any reason declined you will receive a Square invoice that will need to be paid within 24 hours to receive the pick up information. Any invoices with guns, coins, jewelry, or a total over 1,000 dollars will need to be paid for via wire transfer. Instructions will be sent to your email with an unpaid invoice the following business day with all other invoices. Payments are required in US dollars via Credit Card and paid in full within 24 hours of close of auction. All payments made, including down payments and credit card payments are non-refundable. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged unless you are a vendor. If you are a vendor, then a tax exempt form must be emailed prior to the auction ending. Tax exempt forms can be emailed to sarah@cronebaughauctions.com. 10% buyer's premium will be charged for all invoices. Auctioneer reserves the right to deny bids based on unqualified bidders, suspicious activity, disruptive behavior, or past negative experiences. Auctioneer and/or staff decisions are final. No registrations will be approved once the live auction has started. |
