IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.
By placing a bid, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These rules govern your participation in any auction conducted by NGW Services, LLC d/b/a NGW Auctions ("Auctioneer").

BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT TERMS
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total invoice amount.

Vehicles must be paid in cash, wire transfer or cashier's check made payable to NGW Auctions.

Purchases of $1,000 or more require cash or certified funds payable to NGW Auctions.

Sales tax (where applicable), shipping, handling, and any additional fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, unless otherwise noted.

GENERAL TERMS
Pickup starts at the designated time. Early arrivals will not be accommodated.

All items must be completely removed by the end of the scheduled pickup time. Failure to comply WILL result in:

$25 per lot or cost of disposal for no-shows or abandoned items.

$30 per half hour, per staff member for delays.

$30/hour per staff member for special pickup appointments outside scheduled times (if approved).

Staff are not responsible for lifting or loading heavy items. Buyers must bring appropriate help.

PROPERTY TERMS & RISK
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.

Buyers assume all risks of damage or loss upon purchase.

No refunds or exchanges will be given.

Property condition, age, and authenticity should be verified by the Bidder prior to bidding.

Titles will be assigned to the registered buyer. Open titles are not permitted.

BIDDER REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Must be 18 years or older to bid.

Bidders must provide accurate and complete registration details.

Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.

If account information is compromised, notify NGW Auctions immediately.

NGW Auctions reserves the right to:

Deny or revoke bidding privileges.

Reject any bid at its sole discretion.

Suspend or ban any user for violation of terms.

BIDDING PROCESS
All bids are final and binding.

No bid retractions are allowed.

Use of maximum bids is permitted and kept confidential.

In case of a tie or bidding error, NGW Auctions reserves the right to reopen bidding or make the final determination.

PROPERTY REMOVAL & SHIPPING
Property cannot be removed until full payment is received.

All loading, lifting, towing, and shipping arrangements are the Buyer's sole responsibility.

NGW Auctions and Sellers are not liable for damage during removal or transit.
