1) PAYMENT: Due to the nature and value of certain items offered in this auction, payment policies are strictly enforced. Any purchase containing precious metals, including but not limited to gold, silver, or other precious-metal items, will NOT be charged to the card on file. Payment for purchases containing precious metals must be made by cash, wire transfer, or certified funds only. Purchases consisting solely of costume jewelry or other non-precious-metal items may be charged to the card on file.Bidders purchasing precious-metal items are strongly advised to ensure they are able to complete payment using one of the approved methods prior to placing any bids. By participating in this auction, buyers acknowledge and agree to these terms. A 20% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. A 3% processing fee will be added to payments charged to a credit or debit card. Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% will be applied where applicable. If items are purchased and the buyer fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions or fails to pick up their items within one week of the auction closing, the item(s) may be considered abandoned and resold, with the proceeds retained as storage fees.

2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment in Allentown. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will be select days following the auction.

If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.

3) SHIPPING: Smaller items can be shipped for an additional handling fee, shipping is done in house. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the Queue. Any package remaining in our shipping system for more than one week without payment of the shipping invoice will be subject to applicable storage fees.

4) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. Items descriptions may be gerated in part using artificial intelligence. While efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, bidders are encourages to verify details and attend any available previews. All items sold as-is.

5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time.
