* Format & Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
* Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
* Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
* Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
* Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON MONDAY ONLY! Pickup is by appointment on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
* Failure to Pick Up & Late Penalties: All items must be picked up by 7:00 PM on the scheduled load-out day unless shipping arrangements have been made with RMEB Inc. Any bidder who fails to pick up their items or make approved shipping arrangements by that deadline will be charged the full amount of their invoice, plus a $25.00 missed pickup / post load-out handling fee.

Items not picked up or approved for shipping will also incur a storage charge of $1.00 per lot, per day. Beginning on the sixth day after the scheduled load-out day, the storage charge will increase to $10.00 per lot, per day.

If accrued administrative and storage fees equal or exceed the amount paid for the items, the bidder’s right to claim the items may be deemed forfeited. At that point, RMEB Inc. may dispose of or resell the items to recover costs, and no refunds will be issued.

⚠️ Special Payment Terms: Shipped High-Value Items

Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire or Certified Funds. Credit card payments will not be accepted on these items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns accepted.

• Mandatory Pickup / Load-Out: Pickup is at the Eaton Auction Center (24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, CO 80615) on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Pickup is by appointment only via the link provided on your invoice.
• Failure to Pick Up & Late Penalties: All items must be picked up by 7:00 PM on the scheduled load-out day unless shipping arrangements have been made with RMEB Inc. Unclaimed items incur a $25.00 administrative fee plus $1.00 per lot/per day storage fee ($10.00/day after 5 days). Unclaimed items where fees exceed purchase value may be forfeited.

📦 Shipping Information

• In-House Service: RMEB Inc. offers shipping on select items from our Eaton facility.
• Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are paid entirely by the buyer.
