All items are sold in their current condition as pictured and described. Inspection is available by appointment only. Shipping is not available. All purchases must be picked up from the estate during the scheduled removal dates and times. Please bid only if you are able to pick up your purchases during the listed pickup dates. IMPORTANT — PICKUP DATES ARE FIRM Pickup is available ONLY during the dates and times listed for this auction. No additional pickup days will be available. We are unable to hold items beyond the scheduled removal period. Please make arrangements for transportation, helpers, trailers, trucks, and equipment BEFORE bidding on large or heavy items. Pickup & Removal Kackshaws Auction staff will not be available to assist with lifting, carrying, loading, dismantling, or removal of purchased items. Buyers are responsible for bringing enough capable help to safely remove and load all purchases. Please bring any necessary dollies, carts, straps, hand trucks, tools, boxes, totes, blankets, ramps, trailers, or other moving equipment needed for your purchases. Some items may be large, heavy, awkward, or require disassembly. Please plan accordingly. Buyers are responsible for determining how an item will be safely removed before beginning removal. Buyers assume responsibility for their own safety, the safety of their helpers, and the safe handling and transportation of their purchases during removal. Kackshaws Auction is not responsible for damage that occurs to purchased items while they are being dismantled, moved, loaded, or transported by the buyer or anyone assisting the buyer. Buyers are responsible for damage they or their helpers cause to the property, building, fixtures, or surrounding items during removal. If a winning lot contains multiple items, all items included in that lot must be removed. Large Items Large items such as arcade machines, vending machines, commercial equipment, shelving, fixtures, and other oversized lots may require additional people and specialized moving equipment. Please do not arrive expecting auction staff to provide moving assistance. If you purchase multiple large items, please allow adequate time for removal and follow any pickup scheduling instructions provided by Kackshaws Auction. Before You Leave Before leaving the estate, please verify that: You have received the correct lot(s). All items included in your lot are present. The condition matches the auction description and photographs. You have completely removed all items included in your purchased lots. Once items have left the pickup location, Kackshaws Auction is unable to verify missing items, missing pieces, incorrect lots, or damage that may have occurred during removal or transportation.
