Welcome to Warehouse 121! We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you. Please review the following terms and conditions before shopping.

1. HOURS & ENTRY

Doors open promptly at 9:00 AM. No early entry or early shopping is permitted. All customers will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit and debit cards (additional processing fee applies)

All purchases must be paid for in full before merchandise leaves the premises.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before purchasing.

4. SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless the customer provides valid tax-exemption documentation.

5. MERCHANDISE & PRICING

All merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Items are not considered sold until payment has been completed.

6. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

Customers are responsible for providing their own assistance, equipment, and transportation to load purchased furniture and other large items. Our staff may not be available to assist with loading.

7. SAFETY & CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Please be mindful of your surroundings while shopping. Children must be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

8. REMOVAL OF PURCHASES

All purchased merchandise must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been approved by management.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

High As The Sky Auction Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse service, withdraw merchandise from sale, and establish additional rules as necessary for the safety of our customers and employees, consistent with applicable law.
