It is the bidder's responsibility to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion based on information provided to us and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns. B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.
