Entry & List Policy

On the first day of the sale, a list will be available at the front door before opening.
If an attendee has already started a list, we will honor it.
A maximum of 10 -12 people will be allowed inside at one time.
Bag Policy

Handbags and backpacks are NOT permitted at the sale.
Buyers may only bring wallets and empty boxes.
Large bags will not be allowed inside.
Please bring wrapping materials and boxes but keep them in your car until checkout.
Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring inside the property.
We are not responsible for auto accidents or parking-related issues near or at our sale.
Sales & Payments

No refunds, no exchanges.
All items are sold "AS IS."
Prices will not be disclosed before the sale.
No public restrooms available.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We accept cash and credit cards for all purchases as well as Zelle
A 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
