Rules of Sealed Bid:

1. All bids must be either mailed or emailed to David Weaver by Saturday October 10th by 8:00pm.

2. All bids must have your bid amount, which building you wish to purchase, your name, address, and phone number. 

3. Auctioneer and Owner have right to reject any bids if missing information or if bid is deemed unacceptable.

4. Auctioneer will contact highest offer.

5. Buyer will remove any and all parts of the building/s by November 1st unless additional time has been arranged. 

6. Buyer must have a min. of $1,000,000.00 (1 Million) dollars of Liability Insurance at time of and during the tear down and removal of building/s.

7. Must clean up all foundations - Must Be Clean when your done.
