This week's sale is in a lovely home in the Flagridge Estates area of Lake Jackson. The address is 117 Flag Drive East. sale dates are Friday and Saturday, July 8-9, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Dress cool !

Please park carefully, and don't block the street, or driveways. Please park in the direction of traffic, and not up on the curbs. Friday is trash day in this area, so leave plenty of room for the big 'ol garbage scow to squeeze through. Or Lake Jackson's finest may come visit, with sharpened writing sticks and citations.....just sayin', folks.

The owner has requested that no children under 12 be allowed in the sale areas during peak hours. Please don't bring large purses, backpacks, "diaper bags" or such into the sale area, please. These items are subject to search.

Estate Liquidators does not provide carriers, loaders, nor pack mules for your purchases. Please make arrangements to have your large or bulky items moved. Large appliances must be moved with a furniture dolly.

Large items will have a two-part tag on them. If you'd like to purchase an item, please take the bottom half of the tag off, and keep it with you. If you change your mind,(helloooo, now WHY would you do that ???), please give the bottom half of the tag to one of the EL workers, so they may put it back on the item.
