TERMS & CONDITIONS

●   A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the winning bid to determine the final selling price. Cash/Check buyers receive a 5% BUYERS PREMIUM DISCOUNT (10% BP). No discount for partial cash/check payments.

●   Any qualified bidder who is legally permitted to purchase the item (at least 18 years of age and of sound mind) (21 years old for handguns) may bid on any item in this auction, including the sellers, the auctioneers, agents, and auction personnel.

●  All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Inspection of property before bidding is strongly encouraged. Failure to inspect the items prior to bidding/buying in no way relieves the buyer from the obligation to pay for and pick up any items. All sales are final at the close of bidding on each lot. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.

● Descriptions, sizes, colors, use, etc. provided are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

● Full payment will be due at pick-up by cash, check, or credit/debit card. 5% discount off the Buyer's Premium for cash/check payments.

●  6% Kentucky Sales and Use Tax will be added to the final selling price on every invoice unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. You can complete a resale certificate, or provide your Farm exemption number when you pick up your items.

● Failure to pick up your purchase within the designated hours will result in your credit card being charged by the end of the designated pickup time.

● If Buyer does not make arrangements for pickup within 48 hrs. of auction closing, the purchase may be declared abandoned and then disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer. Bidders may be banned from bidding on future auctions unless they have paid for the item on time and made specific arrangements with the auction company.

●  Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Any bid received within 3 minutes of the scheduled closing time of a lot will reset the bidding time on that lot to 3 minutes. This process can repeat multiple times.

●  Successful buyers should bring their own labor, tools, and packing materials to pickup.
