The Buyer’s 10% Deposit is due by noon on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026.  Acceptable forms of payment in order of preference are cash, certified check, wire transfer, or personal check w/ bank letter of guarantee. Please Note: If the buyer is unknown to the auctioneer, he/she may be asked to provide a letter of guarantee from the bank the funds are drawn from.

●       Cash or Certified Check: Must be delivered to Haley Auctions and Realty by the due date above. Certified checks should be payable to Haley Auctions and Realty.
