Just a few housekeeping rules to keep everyone happy. PARKING INFORMATION : Parking in the driveway is for handicap shoppers and loading only. Spalding is a very busy road. Do not park on Spalding. Parking for the Estate Sales is available directly across the street in the Church parking lot (Shiloh Baptist Church) or two doors down on the side road. There is a sidewalk and it is an easy walk to the house. Please be aware of what you are purchasing. All items are considered a used goods. No warranties, no refunds, no exchanges. We accept all forms of payments but no checks. All credit card purchased will be assessed a 3% service fee above your merchandise total. Please do not block driveways.
