By registering and bidding, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All sales are final
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults. No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding condition, authenticity, age, attribution, completeness, functionality, or suitability for a particular purpose unless expressly stated in the individual lot description. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Item descriptions and photographs
Descriptions and photographs are provided to assist bidders and may not identify every defect or condition issue. Items may exhibit wear, damage, repairs, missing parts, or other imperfections. Do not assume an item has been tested unless the listing specifically states it has. Bidders should review all available photographs and descriptions and submit questions before bidding.

Bidder responsibility
Bidders are responsible for determining an item’s condition, value, and suitability before placing a bid. Please verify the lot number and bid amount before submitting. Bids are binding and may not be withdrawn without the auction company’s approval.

Buyer’s premium
An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to the final winning bid for each lot. Applicable sales tax and any separately disclosed charges will also be added to the invoice.

Sales tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides valid exemption documentation accepted by the auction company before payment is processed.

Payment
Payment must be completed using the methods and within the deadline stated on the auction platform or buyer’s invoice. Purchases must be paid in full before removal. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the purchase and suspension from future auctions.

Auction closing
Lots may close at staggered times. If extended bidding is enabled, bids placed near a lot’s scheduled closing time may extend bidding on that lot. Refer to the auction platform for current closing times and bidding rules.

Scheduled pickup
Buyers must collect purchases during the advertised pickup window unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in advance. Pickup instructions will be provided to winning bidders. Do not arrive outside the scheduled window without authorization.

Removal and loading
Buyers must bring sufficient help, appropriate vehicles, tools, boxes, and packing materials to remove their purchases safely. Auction staff will not provide loading, lifting, disassembly, or packing assistance unless specifically arranged. Buyers are responsible for damage they or their helpers cause during removal.

Shipping and delivery
Do not assume shipping or delivery is available. Any shipping or delivery service must be expressly offered in the lot listing or approved by the auction company before bidding. Any approved packing, shipping, insurance, or delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Items not collected
Items not collected within the stated pickup period may be subject to the auction’s disclosed storage, noncollection, or disposal policies. Failure to collect a purchase does not qualify the buyer for a refund.

Verify purchases at pickup
Buyers must check their purchases against their invoices before leaving the pickup location. Notify auction staff of missing items or lot discrepancies before departure.

Auction changes and disputes
The auction company reserves the right to correct listing errors, withdraw lots, or adjust auction scheduling when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the auction platform. Bidding disputes will be reviewed using the platform’s bidding records and applicable auction rules.

Technical interruptions
Internet, device, and platform interruptions may affect bidding. The auction company cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a technical issue materially affects the auction, any revised closing arrangements will be announced through the platform.

Review the individual auction listing and platform terms before bidding. Any auction-specific payment deadlines, pickup requirements, shipping restrictions, or additional charges must be read together with these general terms.
