By registering to participate in this online-only auction, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. Please read carefully before bidding. 1. No Warranties A buyer�s complete inspection of items is encouraged, if you would like to preview any items please contact us to make arrangements. All lots sell �AS IS� and �WITH ALL FAULTS�, if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer or posted online will take precedence over previous printed material or any other oral statements made or posted online. All items are sold AS IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, and no returns or refunds will be accepted based on personal opinions or expectation 2.Suspension/Permanent Ban A Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. A Bidder will be permanently banned from this Site for failing to honor an auction bid made under that Bidder's bid number. A bidder will also retain a bad score on HIBID. 3.Bid Cancellations Bidder Cancellations: Bids placed are final and cannot be canceled for any reason. This includes accidental bids or bids placed by others using your account. 4. Payment Terms Accepted Payments: 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all credit card transactions, cash or check are accepted when picking up items. NOTE: We do not run your credit card on file right away if you are local. We give you the option to pay cash or check when picking up your items to avoid the 3% credit card fee. 5.Pick- Up Local pickup is Thursday October 22nd from 8:30am - 5:00pm at Wheeler Auctioneerings Facility. 10004 Route 98 Edinboro, PA. Please enter the auction house at the east parking lot entrance. Please bring tools and help for disassembling, removing and loading items, assistance will be limited. Bring boxes, and any packing material you may need. These will not be supplied. 5A. No Show If you do not contact us BEFORE the auction ends for arrangements to pick up your items within the pick up dates, you will be charged a convenience fee, and contact us to make a special pick up arrangement or select shipping requested when registering, your card will be charged on file and your items will be forfeited. Items abandoned 8 days post auction closing date become property of Wheeler Auctioneering. 6. Shipping & Handling Shipping is available within reason of size of item. Shipping & handling is done in house. There is a shipping label, packing and handling charge per invoice. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to ship your item out. If you would like insurance on your package for an additional charge please note when registering, and it will be an added charge in shipping and handling. WHEELER AUCTIONEERING WILL NOT BE SHIPPING BLACK POWDER OR SMOKELESS POWDER! 7. Legal Compliance & Bidding Responsibility Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to your purchases. Wheeler Auctioneering assumes no liability for legal violations. Binding Agreement: All bids are legally binding. You are responsible for all bids placed under your account, regardless of circumstance (e.g., accidental bid, technical glitch, unauthorized use by others). A local gentleman, friend & auction enthusiast has sadly passed away and as a result we will be selling his sportsman collection in an online only auction. This auction features many great firearms from brands such as Weatherby, Remington (to include limited editions), Winchester (to include limited editions), Smith and Wesson, Savage, Kel-Tec, Henry, Thompson Center, Tikka, assorted black powder rifles, Rossi, Stevens, Benelli, Eddystone, multiple Russian military rifles, Traditions, Lyman, David Pedersoli, Ruger, Colt, and plenty more! Others items include thousands of rounds of ammuntion, collectible knives (such as case, triple C cutlery, Tidioute cutlery, Schrade, Ka-Bar, Cutco, Browning, Winchester, and more), optics, scopes, binos, range finders, reloading items (such as brass, projectiles, scales, presses, dies, tumblers, powder, and more accessories), and plenty more!
This sale will begin to end Wednesday October 21st @ 6:00pm. Each lot will soft close meaning if it receives a bid in the final minutes it will have time added on to it. All items will be handled & transferred with Wheeler Auctioneering LLC. You must be 21 years or older to purchase a pistol. All items must be shipped within 14 days after the auction. If you fail the background check, Wheeler Auctioneering LLC will purchase the firearm(s) back at 75% of what they sold for & re-list them at a later date.
Please know your state laws regarding firearm purchases & transfers, Wheeler Auctioneering LLC is not responsible for any purchased firearm that is not legal in your state.
