SHIPPING

We use a platform called Shipping Saint for our shipping. They will send a text and or email post auction. Even if you have selected shipping through hibid you will need to click on the link and follow the instructions.

We charge a $5 flat handling fee for all orders, that can go into additional money based on time (ie if you buy a china set and it takes an hour to wrap it all sufficiently you will be charged for that time), plus the cost of materials and the shipping cost. We will try and ship the most affordable way we can. Shipping can be expensive. Sadly it is the way of the world at the moment everything is just more expensive. I charge a handling fee and cost of materials so I can keep someone employed in order to be able to provide shipping. This is for a singular item to many items. So if you buy a coin for $5 you will have a $5 handling fee etc. Bid accordingly.

We will not ship large items. ie furniture or excessively large items. Normal boxed size items. Anything over that. You need to let us know which freight company or courier service you plan on sending to take responsibility of your items. Max box size of 24x24x36in

There may be a disconnect in what shipping costs and what a buyer might think it costs. In the event we have not heard from you within 48 hours post auction through shipping saint, we reserve the right to charge the card on file in hibid at our discretion for costs associated in order to get the merchandise out.

Mind Your Manners

We are a small, family-owned business. Respectful communication is required.

Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

As-Is, Where-Is

All items are sold as-is, where-is. Tyler Grace Auctions and employees are not responsible for measurement errors, descriptions, or condition issues.

Previews are strongly encouraged.

We utilize Artificial Inteligence in our listings. Sometimes there can be differences in the listing versus the actuality of the item. While we do our best to proofread errors can occur. In order to handle discrepencies we are stating that the most accurate description or the picture. If the picture contradicts the description and the picture is correct then we will fall back to that. If the description is the most accurate we will fall back to that.

Out-of-state bidders waive any claims for condition disputes by choosing to bid remotely.

ESTABLISHED BIDDERS WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS. WE DO NOT TAKE OUT OF STATE TAX PERMITS. AND WE CHECK VALIDITY OF IN STATE TAX PERMITS PRIOR TO REMOVING SALES TAX. RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND SIGNING OF INVOICE. MOST AUCTIONS HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREVIEW. IN HOME ESTATES DO NOT HAVE THIS ABILITY AND THEREFORE YOU ARE BIDDING ON AN ITEM BASED ON THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION GIVEN KNOWING THAT AN ITEM IF NOT LISTED AS NEW MAY HAVE WEAR, TEAR, OR OTHER POSSIBLE DEFECTS. THIS MEANS UNLESS I MAKE A MISTAKE SAY I LIST A TV AS A MICROWAVE, A TWIN BED AS A FULL OR SIMILAR OBVIOUS MISTAKE THEN ALL ITEMS ARE AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IF IT IS AT THE AUCTION HOUSE. A PREVIEW IS ALWAYS OFFERED, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT KNOWING THE CONDITION OF AN ITEM. IF THERE IS A DISCREPANCY THEN IT NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO BEING TAKEN OFF PREMISES. ONCE THE INVOICE IS SIGNED YOU ARE AGREEING THAT THE ITEM IS ACCEPTABLE IN ITS DESCRIPTION AND FORM AND NO FURTHER DISCUSSION WILL OCCUR ON THE MATTER. ULTIMATELY I AM THE FINAL SAY ON THE MATTER AND RESERVE THAT RIGHT. IF YOU ARE BIDDING AND REQUIRE SHIPPING AND YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREVIEW. YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE ITEM IN A BIT OF A BLIND FORMAT. YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE ITEM BASED SOLELY ON THE PICTURES PROVIDED AND DESCRIPTION. AGAIN IN THIS CASE YOU ARE RECOGNIZING THAT UNLESS AN ITEM IS DESCRIBED AS NEW THEN THERE MAY BE INTERNAL EXTERNAL FLAWS AND SIGNS OF USAGE AND YOU ARE BIDDING ON THESE ITEMS AS IS WHERE IS NO WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BE FINAL AUTHORITY ON ANY DISCREPANCY OR ISSUE THAT MAY COME ABOUT IN THE COURSE OF THE AUCTION PROCESS.
